FACE Walk and Fall Festival
FACE held its annual Fall Festival during a beautiful October morning. The kids, parents and teachers had a wonderful time celebrating the fall season and taking every opportunity to teach our kids about the change of season and enjoying each others company. This annual fundraiser is a great event for our parents to come out to the school, participate in the FACE Walk and enjoy the sights and sounds of being a kid! Thank you to all our sponsors, parents, teachers and volunteers who made this a very successful event.

Transportation
FACE and Quest, Inc. have been working to find support for parents who provide school transportation for their children. Currently, there are two options for transportation to and from FACE:

HARTplus - provides van transportation for people with disabilities who are unable to use HART's (Hillsborough Area Regional Transit) fixed bus route system. HARTplus picks up in front of the point of origin and drops off in front of the destination. Once a family is accepted by HARTplus, FACE covers the cost of the fare cards so there is no charge to parents.

Private Passenger Vehicles - FACE provides a partial mileage reimbursement to parents based on the distance from their home to the school and a per-mile amount established by the state of Florida.

Only a limited number of extended care spots are available for the 2012-13 academic year. If you are interested, please contact the main office at 813.621.FACE (3223) as soon as possible for registration information.
